Our Story
A warm welcome
In 2023, we - Danielle and Dennis and our dog Knud - turned our dream into reality by leaving our former lives in The Netherlands for the captivating wilderness of the Norwegian Valdres region and the serene beauty of the country. With our move to Norway, a new chapter began at the beautiful Herangtunet Boutique Hotel in the picturesque village of Heggenes.
This new journey brings us closer to our true selves and allows us to blend our passion for hospitality with our love for nature and outdoor adventures. We look forward sharing the magic of this place and the beauty of the Valdres region with you, creating unforgettable memories. You are invited! And dogs are welcome too!
